Robyn is the Vice President of Human Resources at The Shaw Group, where she oversees HR operations for domestic and international fabrication shops, including union and non-union facilities.

With over 30 years of experience in human resources within heavy industrial sectors, Robyn has held leadership roles in the construction, fabrication, nuclear, and aviation industries. 

She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.

Robyn is a national member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She previously served as Diversity Director for her local HR organization and was honored with the 2010 Professional of the Year Award across five parishes.
