Matt Rodgers serves as the Global Chief Commercial Officer and US Chief Operating Officer for The Shaw Group. 

Matt brings nearly 20 years of leadership and technical expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.

With two decades of experience in managing legal, commercial, and operational strategies, Matt has a proven track record of driving success across various organizations. Before joining Shaw, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for Chemex Global, later acquired by The Shaw Group, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth and success. He played a crucial role in shaping many notable projects and business structures internationally and in the US market.

Matt’s unique expertise spans technical, commercial, and legal processes, all of which contribute to project success. Before his tenure at Shaw, Matt spent 13 years as a litigator, specializing in high-profile patent infringement cases.
