 The ABC Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) is a world-class safety management system and benchmarking tool designed to improve safety performance across the construction industry. STEP participants submit their safety programs annually to be evaluated and recognized, with awards ranging from Participant-Level to the highest recognition, Diamond-Level.
