Ben Zils currently serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer for The Shaw Group.

Ben Zils oversees finance, accounting, and technology functions at The Shaw Group. He brings extensive experience from the EPC industry, having previously led the finance function for all OGC Business Units in North America at Kiewit. In that role, Ben spearheaded efforts to develop transformative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address both emerging and longstanding challenges in the industry.

Ben began his career at PwC, where he worked in the assurance and transformation practices. He holds an Accountancy degree from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California and Texas.
