Feasibility Studies
In the early stages of a project, there are various factors to consider before identifying the most economical and efficient path forward. This calls for a highly experienced engineering team to identify and assess multiple solutions through data gathering and analysis, project environment assessment, and creation/evaluation of available alternatives to maximize our client’s investment. The most important question to ask is, “What are the criteria for a final investment decision and will this project meet those criteria?”
Front-End Engineering Design (FEED)
Following a feasibility study and the endorsement of the recommended path forward by our valued client, we engage our multidisciplinary team of engineers (process, mechanical, electrical, civil/structural) to achieve further project definition to enable more detailed estimates. This is accomplished by exploring the technical aspects of a project to produce a basis of design and initial engineering deliverables. To deliver a reliable front-end engineering design (FEED) package that ensures safety, quality, smooth phase transitions, and minimizes the opportunity for missing deadlines, exceeding budgets, or miscommunications, every project activity must be performed with precision and accuracy – qualities that our engineering team prioritizes.
Detailed Engineering & Design
As the final engineering step, FEED deliverables are further examined and validated to begin developing detailed drawings used for project execution. Our decades of modularization expertise and design methodology are integrated into the foundation of the design, focused on design optimization to provide the most cost-effective and reliable solution. Our complementary team of all engineering disciplines and project management oversees this effort to ensure the delivery of a well-designed solution suited to our clients’ needs.
