Lithium Extraction
Client: Confidential
Location: Confidential
Scope: Module Fabrication

The Shaw Group completed the fabrication of 11 process modules for a confidential client’s lithium extraction facility, supporting the advancement of battery technologies. The modules ranged in weight from 10 to 50 tons and were successfully delivered to the project site by truck.
Project scope included: procurement, structural prefab, structural steel assembly, pipe fabrication, paint, insulation, electrical tray, pressure testing, dimensional control and NDE, assembly of complete plant for operational checks.
The project was completed in 2022 with zero lost time incidents (LTI), demonstrating Shaw’s continued commitment to safety, quality, and precision in modular execution.
