Mike Childers serves as the Vice Chairman of The Shaw Group, following a four-year tenure as the company’s CEO. His extensive experience in the energy sector includes executive leadership roles such as President of Bernhard Energy, President and CEO of Synergy Renewables, CEO of TXU/Luminant Development, and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Saulsbury Industries. Additionally, Mike has held the position of Executive Vice President at the former Shaw organization.

Beyond his role at Shaw, Mike contributes his expertise as an independent board member for Aries Clean Energy and Cypress Creek Renewables.
