HOUSTON, TEXAS, November 2, 2022 – Today, The Shaw Group announced the appointment of Matt Rodgers as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Matt will be responsible for strategic transactions and developing the company’s commercial infrastructure while ensuring revenue growth within the organization.

Matt has 20 years of experience managing legal, commercial, and operational strategies for a variety of organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for Chemex Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Shaw Group. Chemex is an engineering, procurement, and fabrication (EPF) provider that substantially increased its fabrication capabilities when it was acquired by Shaw in December 2021.  Matt was responsible for leading the Chemex organization’s legal and business development functions and achieved success by focusing on securing high-quality projects, with particular emphasis on the renewable space.
