Mark Willingham serves as General Counsel of The Shaw Group. 

With over 30 years of legal and trial experience, he has provided outside general counsel services to various companies and defended clients in product liability, premises, environmental, and business litigation nationwide.

Mark earned his Doctor of Law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and management from the University of Texas at Austin.
