With two decades of experience in managing legal, commercial, and operational strategies, Matt has a proven track record of driving success across various organizations. Before joining Shaw, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for Chemex Global, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Shaw Group, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth and success. He played a crucial role in shaping many of Chemex’s notable projects and business structures internationally and in the US market.

Matt’s unique expertise spans technical, commercial, and legal processes, all of which contribute to project success. Before his tenure at Chemex, Matt spent 13 years as a litigator, specializing in high-profile patent infringement cases.
