Erin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in the EPC industry. She has led people strategies that enable business growth and operational excellence, most recently as head of HR at H+M Industrial EPC. Earlier in her career, she served as an HR Business Partner at Kiewit, partnering with leadership to advance both organizational and business unit objectives.
