HOUSTON, TEXAS, November 14, 2025 – The Shaw Group is pleased to announce it has officially opened a new module fabrication facility in Beaumont, Texas.

This expansion marks a significant milestone for the Shaw Projects & Modules business unit. While operations continue at the Lake Charles facility, the newly secured Beaumont location will support the fabrication of modules for both existing and future clients, ensuring increased capacity and operational flexibility across the Gulf Coast.

Following an extensive site selection process, the Beaumont facility was identified as the ideal location due to its infrastructure, logistics, and scalability. The site is capable of simultaneously accommodating up to 26 barge modules outdoors and 40-48 truckable modules indoors. The facility comprises five bays, with shop dimensions ranging from 65 to 75 feet in width, 15 to 28 feet in height, and 150 to 1000 feet in length, with hook heights ranging from 13 to 26 feet.

Additional features of the facility include ample warehouse space, employee break rooms, outdoor storage areas, stabilized assembly slabs, and various office accommodations.

The site’s strategic location offers direct access to Interstate 10 and includes an existing pier and bulkhead facilitating site loading of modules on barges and providing direct access to the Gulf of America and Intercostal Waterway.
