PUNE, Maharashtra, India – October 5, 2026 – The Shaw Group (“Shaw”), a leading provider of engineering and project delivery, modular product solutions, module fabrication, pipe fabrication and specialty services, is pleased to announce the opening of its second office in Pune, Maharashtra, India, marking another significant milestone in the company’s continued global growth.  

The expansion comes just over a year after Shaw officially opened its first Pune office on June 17, 2025. Since then, Shaw’s presence in India has continued to grow, driving the need for additional space to accommodate its expanding team and support the company’s growing global operations.

To commemorate the expansion, Matt Rodgers traveled to Pune to officially inaugurate the new office and meet with employees. During his visit, he hosted a Town Hall with the Pune team, where he shared Shaw’s vision for the future, recognized the organization’s accomplishments and growth, and reinforced the importance of operating as one integrated global company.   

India continues to play an increasingly important role in Shaw’s global strategy. Pune provides access to a deep pool of highly skilled engineering, technical, and professional talent, allowing Shaw to expand its capabilities while increasing collaboration and connectivity across operations.
