The Shaw Group is pleased to announce it has secured a project award to deliver pipe fabrication solutions for a paper mill conversion project.

Shaw’s scope of this project includes approximately 51,000 linear feet of stainless-steel pipe. The expected spool count is in excess of 4,500. The anticipated completion date is slated for the end of the first quarter of 2022. Due to the nature of the materials, the project will be fabricated in a segregated shop to ensure the integrity of the project.

The project will be completed out of Shaw’s Walker, LA facility, which sits on 77 acres and boasts a highly optimized layout capable of producing 6,500 spools per month.
