Harshit Mehta serves as Vice President, International Operations for The Shaw Group. In his role, Harshit is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance in the Middle East and ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets.

Harshit is an accomplished energy industry executive with 23+ years of experience in driving quality, safety, profitability and solidarity in various levels of quality management and operation management roles with industry recognized companies, including the original Shaw organization. Prior to joining Shaw, he served as Regional Plant Manager for McDermott International and CB&I.

As a strategist and accessible leader, Harshit is known for his mentorship, knowledge, driving growth, maximizing operational excellence and delivering financial performance with expertise in developing and delivering solutions within the fabrication industry.  

Harshit holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has also achieved high level of certifications in Non Destructive Testing (American Society of Non Destructive Testing : NDT Level III) and Welding Inspection (American Welding Society : SCWI)  

He also serves as a Board Director for our international piping shops in Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.
