Robyn serves as Vice President, Human Resources for The Shaw Group. Her responsibilities include domestic and international fabrication shops, consisting of both union and non-union facilities. 

Robyn has over 30 years of experience with Human Resources in heavy industrial organizations. Prior to her role with Shaw, Robyn served in leadership roles throughout the construction, fabrication, nuclear and aviation industries. 

Robyn holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Professional designation.

Robyn is a national member of the Society for Human Resources Management and holds both SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. She previously held the position of Diversity Director for her local HR Organization and received the 2010 Professional of the Year Award within her surrounding five parishes.
